A stunning new build with 180-degree views of the South Cornish Coast. Parc an Praze is a beautifully appointed home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a large living space for family and groups. The landscape is beautifully created with a variety of patios with views of the seas as well as the local village. With a five minute walk to the beach and several beach cafe's, this house is located perfectly for a family beach holiday, south coast walking adventure or peaceful get-a-way.

The house has plenty of space for everyone to have their space! With five bedrooms, four of which have king beds and two with ensuite bathrooms. The Kitchen and lounge are double height with 180 degree views of the sea and village, so no matter what the weather, nature and the beauty of the Cornish coast are a wallpaper to your stay. There is a games room with a small pool/air hockey table and the perfect space to hang wetsuits, wellies and coats for them to dry ready to be used again!

The outdoor space is plentiful with separate patios to capture the evolving sun scape across the garden and lots of space for the kids to safely run and play. This house has a BBQ for use by guests.

Guest parking for up to four cars on the driveway. Electric charging for vehicles is available.

Other things to note

Currently we do not allow dogs at the property. The house is well equipment with a washing machine, tumble dryer, great wifi, games, electric charging for vehicles, hairdryers and modern kitchen appliances.
