Churchtown House Annex is a converted barn attached to Churchtown House which is a stunning 17th Century Rectory. An immaculately designed home surrounded by a walled garden with great furnishings and beautiful artwork.

The ground floor hosts one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shower room and laundry room. The first floor has an open plan kitchen, two lounges and a third bedroom with a double bed. The exterior has an beautiful landscaped garden patio with views of the Cornish coast line.

Guest access

There is parking in the courtyard, but we suggest that you park on the street in front of the house. We'll be in touch with detail on the property to ensure that you have everything to make your stay the most memorable it can be.

The house has great wifi, hairdryers, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Churchtown Annex is in the village of Perranuthnoe, on the south coast of Cornwall. The walk to the beach is five minutes from the house with the local pub, The Victoria Inn, a mere minutes walk away. There is a local farm shop nearby and The Cabin is right on Perranuthnoe beach for great lunches, cornish pasties, hot chocolates or something stronger!
